Tiffany Fox - Mental Health Team Lead

Tiff joined the PCN in January 2024 and qualified at Plymouth University with a BSc in Mental Health Nursing.

She has a wealth of knowledge having worked in several mental health services and community services throughout Cornwall. Originally completing Degrees in Social Science and Youth and Community Work, she has worked as a Community Psychiatric Nurse, within the Community Mental Health Team and The Early Intervention Psychosis Team here in Cornwall, she has also worked within the local community homelessness service and substances use services.

Tiff continues to be passionate about prompting independence and creating better access to services in Cornwall.

Tiff moved to Cornwall from Staffordshire over 20 years ago and lives for the outdoors, trail running, mountain biking and walks on the beach.

She has one 11-year-old daughter who lives for Netball!... and her phone!

Tiff loves travelling and being outdoors, sport enthusiast, watching or playing and loves a board game, slightly competitive.

What do you enjoy most about the PCN?

The variety of work I do and the different people I meet, working as part of a multidisciplined team that works holistically to support our local communities towards better health and well being
